Having the ability to deploy our Global and local learning solutions at scale.Depending on the size of your country, a delivery manager may create a deep specialization in one area of our portfolio or may need a breadth of knowledge across all the learning offers.This person will majorly focus on mutualizing programs across GBLs and ABLs and ensuring consistency of delivery across the learning portfolio on each skill that cut across the GBLs and ABL’s and will additionally hold the following responsibilities: To quality control: Drive consistency of delivery across all learning offers and skill dimensionsTo deliver the magic: Organize, coordinate and deliver effective learning experiences driving learner engagement in line with country requirementsTo be the expert: with a deep understanding of the skills dimensions, program content, learning ecosystems and solutions.To be inquisitive: track and analyze KPIs, data and insights to look for constant improvement to feed back into the LVW (Learning Value Wheel) You are a Future Shaper. A bachelor’s degree is required:This person should be motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive desired Results. They should use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset. Key qualifications include:Extensive experience presenting, interacting with, and influencing country level leadershipInfluential relationship skills with stakeholders, colleagues, and learners in pursuit of delivering high quality learning outcomes whilst delivering on time and to budgetCommunication with impact is vital to liaise with stakeholders (in country executive level, SMEs and team members) and to be able to advise with clarity on learning strategy to deliver against business expectationsStrong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions, gather feedback, make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and able to quickly make sense of complex and logical problemsResourceful and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges that may ariseAbility to analyze a range of information sources and to resolve potentially conflicting information and viewpoints to achieve an agreed outcomeThe ability to be agile to changing priorities, project requirements, and business needs whilst keeping current learning solutions running smoothlyUnderstand how to effect change by implementing strategies that help people adapt to those changes to achieve their desired learning outcomesA strategic thinker who can understand and interpret data to create insights for stakeholders and demonstrate our value to the wider businessShould have a great understanding into organizing and advising on learning delivery plans to deliver on business expectations, identify efficiencies and optimizationsBe fluent with figures, providing monthly scorecard reporting to review L&D investment/activity and business impact.
